Term of Service

End User Agreement for GoodCircleGames Mobile Website

This user agreement (the "Agreement") applies to the services (the "Services") provided by GoodCircleGames Inc. (the "Company") to define the rights, liabilities, obligations, responsibilities, and any additional terms and conditions of the Company and the user of its services (the "User" or "Member").

The Company may amend or revise this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion, and such amendment or revision shall be effective upon posting of such revised agreement on the GoodCircleGames web and mobile sites (the Sites).

The User hereby agrees to review this Agreement by accessing the Sites periodically to become aware of any such revisions. The Company shall not be held responsible for damages or results that result from the User's unawareness of such revisions.

User's Obligations and Responsibilities

In order to use the Services, you are required to complete a registration form containing your personal information including e-mail address.

If any information provided is not true, accurate, current, or complete, or the Company has responsible grounds to suspect that the information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or complete, the Company shall have the right to suspend or terminate your right to use the Services and refuse to provide any current or future Service to you, and may cooperate with law enforcement where the criminal or unauthorized use of personal information is suspected.

Description of Service

The Company offers various services accessible via the internet and mobile network to eligible persons that have registered their accounts (the "ID") in compliance to the Company's terms and conditions.

Termination

The Company has the right to suspend or terminate your right to use the Services immediately, temporarily, or permanently if:

① ID or nickname is determined offensive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

② You used an ID and password that are reported stolen.

③ Your personal indentifying information is not true or belongs to someone else.

④ You own more than one ID.

⑤ You engaged in any conduct or communication which restricted or inhibited any other User from using or enjoying the Services.

⑥ You engaged in any activity which resulted in direct or indirect damages to the Company and/or the Services.

⑦ You have not used the Services for long than 3 months.

⑧ You engaged in any conduct or communication which is deemed a breach of agreement or unlawful.

⑨ You engaged in any other unlisted conduct, communication, or activities which interfere with the operation of the Services.

Security

All the User passwords are stored encoded and not known to anyone else, even the Company, but the owners.

You are responsible for managing your ID (e-mail address) and password secure, and the Company shall not be held responsible for damages or results that result from the User's negligence in protecting his ID and password.

Collection of Personal Information

The Sites use cookies in order to provide the Services including membership registration and customer service. You may disable the cookies at any time at your discretion.

Retention and Disposal of Personal Information

Personal information that has been collected and used by the Company to provide the Services is disposed immediately upon the termination of your membership.

The Company may retain your personal information for a certain period after the membership termination if doing so is necessary or obligatory by law.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time without further obligation by using the My Page menu or contacting the Company at the online customer center, and the Company is obligated to process the request immediately in compliance to laws, regulations, and policies.

Terminated accounts cannot be restored by any means.
